Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Cileso, operated by Cosmo Marketing LTD (registered in England and Wales, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom), collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Google account data you share when signing in: your name, email address and profile picture.
• Your prompts, uploaded images and generated videos.
• Credit balance and transaction history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and a browser identifier cookie used to prevent abuse of free credits.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: generate videos, store them in your library and keep your account secure.
• To check requests against our content rules before generation.
• To prevent abuse and to debug problems. For example, the free signup credits are given once per browser and network, so we compare the browser identifier and the network part of your IP address with other accounts.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service:

• Google — sign-in;
• OpenRouter and the AI providers it routes to, and Amazon Bedrock (Anthropic Claude) — automated content safety checks and preparing generation instructions (your prompt and attached image);
• OpenRouter and the image and voice providers it routes to (including ElevenLabs) — first frames and voiced dialogue;
• Amazon Web Services — storing images and videos;
• Google, including Google Cloud — generating images and rendering videos;
• Cloudflare — network, security and checking that sign-ins and requests come from people (Turnstile).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session, and one cookie that identifies your browser to prevent abuse of free credits. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookies to tell people from bots. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, including your account and all videos, by writing to [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy and will note the date of the last change above.
