Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cileso (“the Service”), operated by Cosmo Marketing LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. By signing in you agree to these Terms. The Service is currently in public beta and is provided “as is”: features, limits and prices may change, and the Service may be unavailable at times.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

Credits

Video generation is paid with credits. During the beta, new accounts receive free credits, which have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Credits for videos that fail or are rejected by our content checks are returned automatically. Paid credits, when available, will be governed by the terms shown at purchase.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, or attempt to create, content that:

• sexualizes minors in any way, or depicts nudity or sexual content;
• depicts real, identifiable people (including celebrities and public figures) without their consent;
• contains graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or cruelty to animals;
• promotes hatred, harassment or extremism;
• is designed to deceive, such as fake news footage, fake official statements or fabricated evidence;
• infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

Requests are checked automatically before generation. We may refuse any request and suspend accounts that violate these rules. When you upload an image of a person, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

Your content

You keep the rights you have to your prompts and uploaded images. Subject to these Terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output may be similar to content generated for others and may not be eligible for copyright protection in some countries. You are responsible for how you use the videos.

To run the Service we process your prompts, images and videos, including automated content safety checks. We do not sell your content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero during the free beta).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
